Interactive workplace AI training

Learn AI by actually using it. No lectures, no slides: you work through every objective in dialogue with an AI tutor.

The tutor is the medium. You hold the conversation with Claude, the AI model from Anthropic. Instead of reading about AI, you work with it on your own tasks from the very first minute.
How it works
01

Learn in dialogue

Every unit is a conversation with the AI tutor. It shows by example instead of quizzing, and matches the pace to your prior knowledge.

02

Work on your own business

From module 2 you produce one deliverable per unit about your organisation. The result is an honest baseline of where you stand.

03

Knowledge check and certificate

Three short practice questions close each unit. Complete a module and you receive a certificate.

What sets it apart
No lectures. You work through every objective in conversation, not via video or slides.
Peer level. For everyone in the organisation, from intern to management.
Short units. Six per module: around 10 minutes in module 1, around 15 minutes from module 2.
Concrete deliverables. Process brief, data map, quick-win brief: what you produce stays usable.
Bilingual. Fully in German and English.
Certificate per module. Proof of the knowledge checks passed across all units.
Confidential. Your conversations are not read by iConference and not used for advertising.
One path, six modules. From the foundations to your concrete AI roadmap.

No technical background needed. What is new is the deliberate, professional use of AI, not the technology.

Format & flow

Six units per module, around 10 minutes in module 1 and around 15 minutes from module 2, so around 1 to 1.5 hours per module. In the browser, at your own pace.

Each unit closes with a knowledge check of three practice questions. Complete a module and you receive a certificate.

The difference

You learn AI by actually using it

The AI tutor is Claude, the frontier model from Anthropic. It delivers something useful straight away, a draft, a structure, the decisive follow-up question, rather than quizzing you on definitions. That way you experience in the course itself what good AI does in everyday work. You apply what you learn directly to your own business.

For training managers

Pass the guide to your training managers if the training decision is not yours to make. It shows in brief how an organisation books seats, onboards the team and evidences completion.

Frequently asked questions about the AI training

How does the workplace AI training work?

Each unit is a conversation with an AI tutor, without slides and without lecturing. From module 2 onwards you produce a work item about your own business in each unit, such as a process profile or a data map. Three practical questions close each unit. The course runs in the browser, at your own pace.

What does the workplace AI training cost?

A single seat costs CHF 648 at the launch price, CHF 720 regularly. Five seats cost CHF 2,925, ten seats CHF 5,184. Access covers all six modules, purchased once per participant seat, excl. VAT. The ten percent launch discount applies until 30 September 2026.

Do I need technical prior knowledge?

No. The course is aimed at anyone who wants to use AI deliberately at work, from business administration through marketing and operations to IT, sales and back office. What is new is the professional handling of AI; the technology stays in the background. The tutor adapts the pace to your prior knowledge.

How long does a module take?

Around one to one and a half hours. Each module has six units, lasting about ten minutes in module 1 and about fifteen from module 2 onwards. You work at your own pace and can pause at any time. Completing a module earns a certificate for the knowledge checks passed.

Which modules are available?

Six modules form one path: AI fundamentals, The Foundation, use cases and quick wins, people and leadership, implementation and operations, and your roadmap as the capstone. The first three are available, the rest arrive progressively until September 2026. Your access covers all six from the start.

Does anyone read our course conversations?

No. Your conversations with the tutor are neither read by iConference nor used for advertising. The tutor is Claude, the frontier model from Anthropic. That means you can work with real questions from your business rather than invented examples.
